Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 states and in Canada.

When will my order ship?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within one business day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following Monday. 

Orders placed before 1pm EST will be processed the same day. 

Please note we do not process orders on holidays. 

Exchanges:
Gells accepts exchanges as long as the product is not custom, monogrammed, discontinued (final sale), visibly worn or damaged. If the size you ordered does not fit properly or you would prefer a different design, please email us info@gellsapparel.com or call us at 1-888-646-8899.  We will take the item back and credit you.  In order to get you the product you would like as fast as possible it’s best to place a new order.  

Returns:

We doubt you'll need to, but if for any reason you would like to exchange or receive a full refund, please complete a return form and include with your shipment. Don’t forget to track all returns or exchanges! We will not be able to replace packages that are lost during the return shipment process without proof of tracking.


Gells accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not custom, monogrammed, discontinued (final sale), visibly worn or damaged. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return. For full refunds, the product must be returned within 90 days of purchase, and we can only issue credit to the original form of payment. We are happy to issue merchandise credit regardless of the original purchase date.
